Congratulations, Jeremy. Great forum which is appreciated greatly. And an excellent book. Thank you very much for both.

Congratulations, Jeremy. I do not visit the site often, but LQ is the first one to search for whenever I encounter some problems in using Linux. I love the service provided by LQ. keep up the great jobs..

Thanks for being here, Jeremy. Sorry I need to be experienced or something to ask a question. I was told I could post but turns out I can't. I've asked before. I can't remember it being so complicated. I'm sure it's my fault, but what can I do? I would just like to have some help to find out how to install vpn on Ubuntu. Recently ditched Windows. I'm completely Ubuntu now. So I need some help. If I need to go elsewhere I don't mind but I'm feeling rejected here, if you know what I mean.

Could you clarify what you mean that you can't post a question? You just posted, so maybe you are misunderstanding something?

I started here many years ago as a complete idiot, I think I had problems getting X working or something? my post was filled with typos. It was atrocious, but I was also (I think) around 17 or 18. I'm now 28 and working as a Systems Administrator for a Pharmaceutical company, and it honestly started here for me. I don't post often, but this site has been my infinite wealth of knowledge over the years; and when things get a little more quiet I look forward giving back myself.

Cheers Jeremy.

I'm afraid I can't agree with your viewpoint.because when I use ubuntu 12.04 LTS to install a software based on linux OS, I feel very uncomfortable!!!

Smile Congratulations. A suggest.

Hi. Congratulations. I like LQ a lot. But i did like to suggest open an option with others languajes. I speak (read and write) spanish languaje, and sometimes is really hard to undestand english explanations (and obviously write bad). Have you planning to open 'Other languajes' in future.
Have you a nice day, happy Christmas and a better new year.
See you soon.

Thanks for the feedback. We have no specific plans for additional language support at this time, but it's something we'd consider if there was sufficient demand.
