Thanks for the quick response..I am not able to understand what I need to do.
Do I need to download but whats the fun? The Pkg is of Window ZIp and I am on Linux.
Can you elaborate whats on ur mind?

I am not asking you to download the file. The link explains about the NTLM authentication and why it is needed. You will need to search the web for this. I am not sure how to configure yum for ntlm authentication.

There is a project on sourceforge that relates to this and that may help you. It is called ntlmaps.
