Yum, flash problems etcc.

Well im on Fedora 11

I wanna be able to watch videos on youtube but i get the error...

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

Now i've been referred a program called yum, i've looked about but i've no idea how to set it up, and then how to get flash through it. So im in much need of help.

Thanks, Haza.
