Hi !

I ran yum on my box (fedora). at the end I recived the following:

does it mean that yum automatically updated all the above?
do I need to restart the box in order the updates take effect?

What command did you issue?

If you issued the command yum update this will check for updates and install them. If you want to install something yum install program_name
