Is there any sort of reference file that xtraceroute uses to draw locations (latitudes and longitudes)?
If so where to get it and where to put it?

eg. get it from traceroute.org, a file named reference.txt
then put reference.txt in folder /usr/bin/tracert/
something like that...

thanks so much

for all those of you who have a working xtraceroute, please check this folder:
/usr/share/xtraceroute

check the files hosts.cache , site_hosts.cache , site_networks.cache

what do you have in these files? Because in my files, they are empty. That explains why my xtraceroute doesn't draw locations.

Please show me where to get these files with the correct data so I can download them and make my xtraceroute draw locations.

Thanks!!
