Xpeed X400 PCI Adapter card not working on Ubuntu

Before post this I search for solutions and find out that - in order to use this card is necessary to use ndiswrapper 1.14 module. Ok. I get it and I don´t know how to install it on ubuntu. If ther is a "How to" I wont know where I can find it. Thanks for help - MarioAlmeida
