xorg version question


How do i determine the version of xorg?
When I run X -version
it gives 1.3.0 which is the version of Xserver.
How do i find out the Xorg version?

What exactly is your understanding of "xorg" ?

what is usually understood by software creators? they ask you what version of X is running, and the options they give are 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 ....
