I am seeing this in the Xorg log

] (WW) The directory "/usr/share/fonts/X11/cyrillic" does not exist.
[ 46.898] Entry deleted from font path.

Is this due to a lack of config. Also I have a numerous amount of ATI drivers? loading during boot or restart. Not having issues after boot but long time booting.

Those are hardcoded fontpaths, there is nothing wrong is some of them are not found.

What makes you think you have numerous ATI drivers? Probably there is just one driver displaying its support of different hardware.
