What kind of drivers?

EG--I am used to seeing video drivers here:
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers

Please tell us exactly what you are trying to do.

don't know if you just typed it wrong but /lib/modules/input is not /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input . it's not unusual that you have no /lib/modules/input yet if you have no /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input i'd say your X installation is quite strange.

if i missunderstood you and you have /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/ but no /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input than try to create the directory, copy the files and see what happens.
