Xmms


I have just installed xmms. I am using Fedora Core 3. Is there any way to launch the xmms program other than typing the code i the terminal? can i make xmms icon at the desktop?

Hi,

You could probably create an appropriate launcher in your desktop.....it should only be a few clicks away ...

hi,

If you have found out the way to create a new launcher (I cant help you on that becaue I am with RHL), then at the command box, type the full name (along with the full path) of the application.

Hope this solves the doubt.

XMMS is listed as Audio Player in the Sound & Video section of your gnome menu.
