XAMPP install on RH 9

I have Shrike RH 9 installed it already installed MySQL, Apache, PHP on the system but is not working properly. I found this package XAMPP which installs all 3 plus more. Now my question is, will the package overwrite or uninstall the previous packages of MySQL, Apache and PHP ?

Thanks !

It is unlikely that it will overwrie or uninstall any of them unless stated otherwise in the XAMPP installation guide.
