IMNSHO you shouldn't post remarks like this one unless it's gone unnoticed for a week. Plus you've been crossposting (threadid=56978), and that's damn bad netiquette.

Your logs should reside in /var/log/XFree86.${DISPLAY}.log.
Did you try to configure X manually or using xf86cfg or xf86config?

First of all, sorry about my bad behaviour (I normally don't do this.)

I accutually know where my log is, but I wanted to post it somewhere.
The first time, it was configured by the Debian installation, then I edited it, an then I tried xf86config.

Np, just post it here. If you've got a hunch it's something specific you might want to check it out first yourself doing "egrep /var/log/<your log> -e "^\((WW|EE??)"". That would show you all the error markers.
At least cut out lines that "seem OK" if you use verbose logging.
Or, if you think you need verbose logging, try adding starting manually X like
"startx -quiet -- -nolisten tcp -verbose 0 -logverbose 9" and see if that makes a difference in your logs.

ok, I've "filtere" out all the errors in my log

(WW) open APM failed

(EE) No devices detected

and finally,

Fatal server error
no screens found
