Wusb300n

Hi Everyone:

Just installed 10.04 and feeling stupid for not doing Linux a long time ago.

Need help getting online. My adapter is a Linksys WUSB300N.

I have downloaded ndiswrapper and wusb300n.tar, but do not understand where to or how to install these items and get online.

I need some basic tutoring on how, and where to get these files in the right places. I have looked at the link from Ubuntu, but just don't understand where I should be to change directories, etc. I have used "terminal" but don't know what I'm doing so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

Thanks

Thank you for your response.

The problem is that I don't know where to go to add that information, or into what file/directory.

Would I do it in "terminal"?

I have downloaded ndiswrapper and the wusb300n.tar files.

I don't understand how to "unwrap" them, or where they need to go.

Thanks again.

Dave
