WuBi installation
I have windows vista in 160GB harddisk
C and D partition
i installed ubuntu 10.04 in my external hard disk (250Gb), in a 50GB partition
so i reboot my laptop and after that this GRUB RESCUE thing appear and i cant use either my Windows or ubuntu
GRUB RESCUE appear no matter whether the external is attached to laptop
i read some tuto and solutions but there are problems still
i referred to this
i reboot from the ubuntu CD, do the /mnt, /dev/sdb1 thing (my linux partition is sdb1)... step 7 does it mean type "sudo update-grub" in GRUB RESCUE mode? it cant read that.
really need help and sorry for any inconvenience. i'm not good in installation and trouble shooting
