Question write to fat32 partitions in kde2 (graphical)

hi all!
i have linux mandrake 8.1 and win98se installed on the same machine. i mounted win partitions (fat32), now i want to write to these partitions from linux. i can write to these partitions thru Konsole when logged as su. still cannot write thru graphical file managers.
how to write to fat32 partitions when NOT logged as su?
how can writing be done thru graphical file manager?
(using kde)
thanks in advance.

You could change the permissions on the mount in /etc/fstab - but try to keep it somewhat secure...
