Did you restart the ssh daemon after changing in config files?
Set the value for ClientAliveInterval too and restart the daemon.

Check the file /var/log/secure on your centOS server.

But i think we set this clientaliveinterval variable at server end.

There is no info in /var/log/secure for this error.

Yes, it should be set in /etc/ssh/sshd_config file
sshd_config means daemon file, it means it is for ssh server settings.
ssh_config is a client file, it is for ssh client settings.
Just read this once.

Not only reading, you have to implement it.
Set the client alive interval value in both places, client side and server side both.
Restart your ssh as well as server's sshd and try again.

I had already implemented it after reading it. There is no problem at the server end because this is happening since we changed our client machines. So anything which can be done at client end?
