WPS54GU2 - Linksys Wireless-G PrintServer for USB 2.0

I am having a few problems trying to find any links on how to install the printserver. This is the final piece of hardware on my system and as you know these things tend to bug you.

Information about this printserver is here:
http://www.linksys.com/products/prod...id=37&prid=584

I have included both what appears to be the linux/Unix drivers as well as the Windows drivers here:
http://www.users.on.net/done6548/

This website says that is easy to install and run it under linux:
http://www.print-server-reviews.com/...er-review.html
I have all the settings configured and running under windows I just need to get the driver working on my desktop under linux.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in Advance

Arny!

fixed

I have fixed my linksys wireless printserver (WPS54GU2.

In Wine X.

I use fedora core 1 but whatever you want goto System Settings >>Printing

Delete all the printers that are useless there.

Goto New.
name your printer
under queue type select Networked Unix (LPD)
For the server type in the IP address of your printserver
Mine set by my router is 192.168.0.4
The Queue relates to the port number, L1 = parrallel cable, L2 = USb on mine. So my que is L2.
Select a compatible driver, I run a HP PSC 2210 but for the printserver I need to select the HP desk Jet 990C which I got from the HP website. Generally whatever the driver you were using in Windows should be fine.

Then ok.

Thus it works with my test page and everything else.

Hope this helps others.

Arny.
