If you follow the instructions I already gave you on creating a parted magic disk you can run gparted on it and simple reformat the drive with gparted, it is very effective and very easy to use.
You had answer first time. Be very easy just to format whole drive. You can go to Terminal Commands, type in: sudo fsck -f -y /dev/hdb 2. which 2 is other drive instead of first drive.
It is as simple as that. I don't know why did think of this in first place. Gee!
