Would like to set up a mail server on Suse sles 11 to send and receive mail
Hello Team,
I am new to this forum and kind of to Linux itself.
This is my first post, so please be gentle!
I installed Linux Suse 11 and successfully set couple services such as ssh and a firewall.
I would like to setup a mail server where I could do the following:
1 - Send mail to the outside world
2 - Receive mail from the outside world
3 - Create userids so they can send/receive mail perhaps using a GUI package.
I guess I need to get the first two items working and then graduate into the item number 3!
Is there a tutorial document on how to do that?
Thank you
Tiburon Del Caribe

Hi,
for home usage take a look at Offline HOWTO at TLDP Homepage, this Howto covers out most aspects of linux home server configuration.
