Worried about these errors
 
Hi there, i've been getting these errors every day for the last two days, twice yesterday and i'm worried my hard drive's about to die,

If it's something simple than i can fix easily i'd be extremely happy but i'm a bit clueless!

I would be worried about those errors as well. Usually, they indicate a hard drive with serious (physical) issues. It COULD however, be a bad or misseated cable. Try replacing the cable, or at least unplugging all connectors and plugging them back in to remove any corrosion or correct any loose connections.
