Whats is a good woodprocessor application to run on linux?

you can use staroffice from , its free and equivalent to msoffice. if you dont need everything that comes with it... you can try abiword in which i use...

also there is koffice with KDE, applixware.. and several others.

If you don't mind investing the time in to learning it, the LaTeX language lets you create nice looking documents.
