You have to install the right driver for the card. What I read from google says that the older versions had a prism chipset, and the v4 is using RTL8180.
Try these drivers: http://rtl8180-sa2400.sourceforge.net/
(They have your card listed by the way)
You probably have to download the cvs version:
3) new kernels >= 2.6.12 are supported only by the CVS version of both old rtl8180-sa2400 and newer drivers.
You can also look if Fedora has rtl8180 in it's own repositories. At least Gentoo has it in portage.
