Have you gone to System->Administration->HardwareDrivers,I think it will automatically search for any proprietary drivers and will install it anyways.I hope it is that you need...

I will try that:
Sys> ADmin> Hardware Drivers....and see what happens.
I think that the 2 drivers I've spoken of are already installed.
I'll find out here shortly when I leave windows and boot the other side of my partition to go to my Linux/Ubuntu 10.04 Ultimate Ed 2.7
I also think what has made this experience so hard is the fact that I have Ultimate Edition as well with my Ubuntu.
W/o the help from Linux Questions and UE I could of wrecked my Os system.
It is so good to have help.
Thank You

HTH,

Evo2.
I think I discovered the problem Evo2
Synaptic Package Mgr confirmed that I have successfully installed the 2 ndiswrappergtk's
I also was able to install the driver for the NIC Ubuntu confirmed that when I went to
System> Admin > Hardware Driver and I saw the message "This driver is activated and is currently in use" So, that's good.
I (think) what the problem is now is that the driver for the WUSB54GC (RT73) won't work unless I install the Firmware. I found these instructions as well and hope they are the correct ones for me to follow: Linux (7.04 Feisty /*7.10)on a Arch Linux website I found using Bing.
I am hoping to find that "inf" file in the (RT73)I found the command:
Code:
dmesg | grep rt73
pacman -S linux -firmware
Hope this helps me with the install.
