Smile Wireless card 1395 in Dell inspiron 1525

I am a real newbie to Linux.
Running Fedora 10 on an external usb hard drive.
All works well except how to get my wireless connection up and running.
I have seen many suggestions online but all in really tech terms.
Can someome/ or is there, a step by step way to get it up and running.
I know how to use terminal and get software.
I also have all the talktalk connection details..
Just a matter of putting it all together.
The ASDL connection is OK.
My thanks in advance
Brian

Post the output of lspci. It will tell which chip is the wireless card.
If you know by sure the wireless card it will be helpful.

Hmm.. From reading other posts, etc, I think its a broadcom... This link shows a different model laptop, but same wireless card, and identifies it as a broadcom 4310.

Also need to know if you're using 32bit or 64bit.. Just from Googling, it looks like the device should work w/ Ndiswrapper.
