wireless and ethernet card

I have a dell with a built in ethernet card that is working fine I installed a DLink dwl520 verE wireless card and can not it to install, can't find a driver for it I guess. Do I need to disable the ethetnet connection? If so how and then wher do I find and install the driver for the dlink card?

You needen't disable the ethernet card, both cards can coexist without problems.
