wireless and bluetooth not functioning in dell vostro 1510 (os: zenwalk 5.2)


Hi
thanks for deciding to help me
i bought a dell VOSTRO 1510
everything except the wireless networking and bluetooth are working fine.
i have enabled "wicd" at start up
also i installed kdebluetooth
my wireless drive is intell 1395 802.11 54Mbps Wireless mini card
bluetooth device is standard dell device

for the wifi card you will probably need to use ndiswrapper and the drivers from the Dell install disk (or from intel)

also you need to enable the bluetooth stack in the kernel, or try the nokia bluetooth kernel stack

also it might help to post the output from the command lspci

try using a livecd of another distro to get it working in there if it works you can blame it on opensuse if it doesn't blame on both try another distro if it still doesn't work blame it on the card and then get a new computer
