wine libraries not found

The installed Wine libraries will not be found!
You can either:
Add the line '/usr/local/lib' to /etc/ld.so.conf and run /sbin/ldconfig
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib

How can I do this?
I don't have an idea regarding this one . I don't even know if my wine will work.
I try to install the wine but during the installation there is "NO" in the installation while it runs
BUt in the end of installation its says i Complete the installation but I think there is still a problem regarding libraries.

Can you help me in the right steps to configure my wine .

Thanks.....everyone

Moved: This thread is more suitable in Linux-Newbie and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.

The 'export' command is probably easier to just check if wine works. Open a terminal (konsole, xterm or a similar program) then run the command:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib
Now you can try to run wine. It's simple. Justy type
wine
and press enter as usual when running commands. Wine should print a number of messages (not something like 'command not found'). If it prints them, it looks that it works.
