Well, if the application you are trying to run under Wine doesn't work, then I guess you ought to be ...
Anyway, you get it from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Just download it, and then run it under Wine, it should install as per a normal Windows 98 installation.
