It looks like you got a src.rpm for SuSE 10.0. A src.rpm must be installed and then compiled via rpmbuild to produce a binary RPM that you can actually install. Chances are, this is not what you want. You shoiuld use YaST's package manager to get a binary package that can be installed. I'm not a buig SuSE uyser so someone else will ahve to walk you through the details.
