I've been searching the solution for quite a long time, but nothing helps. Plz help me!!!
Do you really want a wine program to be setting your system time?
Shouldn't that be a task for root under Fedora?
It's probably due to permissions (your user does not have the permissions to adjust the system time) and/or wine is trapping this and not allowing it to happen.
