Question Wine configure and install .....


I have just install wine rpm package for fedora core 2 .but, when i want to run windows binery files it does not responds anything..........

is there any thing missed procedure when install wine rpm package . ?



please i need your help...

do you get any error messages?

The usage is

$wine <exe file>

Hi there

Rather try to get a source distribution of Wine, and compile and install it yourself. I have found that I cannot get any wine RPM working on my RH9 system, but the source compile and install was a snap.

Yep, I always found the compile option better... Tho if you want easy then look at crossover or winex....
