Windows 7 inside Vbox

I have install Windows 7 OS so I can view movies from the States. Every thing is running in slow motion. It takes all most a min to open anything. That includes the browser and any buttons on it. I have already went to BOIS and enabled everything.

give it more ram, and if you have available another core, and also increase the video memory. I recently installed windows 7 in VB and I had to download drivers for sound.

Can you tell me how to add ram in the Vbox? When I had window install on a real hard drive. I added ram by using a USP stick. In Vbox there is no Usb port LOL!!

That worked. Here is one more question. When I start windows in Vbox the desk top only covers 60% of my wide screen monitor. How do I get it to open full screen?

I don't remember if it is on the virtual box manager or on the actual virtualbox windows that you have a menu bar with the option "Devices" look for it and select to add "Guest Adittions" Once that is done I think you have to go into windows and load the ISO guest additions. I think I had to download and iso image from Oracle.

I dont really remember but look for "Guest Addition" and read the documentation.
