Hello,

Is there a way of getting Linux to see my WIN2K partion

I have installed WIN2K and Red Hat 7.1 on a laptop however I need to know if Linux can see my WIN2K NTFS partion saves me from booting into 2K. Is this possible and if so could someone direct me with a detailed explanation or a website.

Thanks BAM

Linux can read-write NTFS, do a "cat /proc/filesystems | grep ntfs" and itll show if you've got NTFS support in your kernel. Else compile it in/modularize.

*NFTS write support should be marked as an experimental, hazardous, possibly destructive, backup-before-you-even-look-at-it, I-said-backup, warning-warning-warning kinda thing.
I hope I'm clear here :-]
