Network manager sees my network. It asks for my WPA security key. When I put it in it is not recognized because it keeps asking me for it again and again. I have been doing some searching on forums and it seems my Huawie Echolife HG520b wireless router is not compatable with Linux. It seems that Linksys has one that works with Linux. In hindsight could this be my problem?

Hello Reed9. I am up and running on my laptop.I found that I had put in an old WAP code. I had filed the new one under the wrong card index. All that you have given me has helped me to start to understand Linux a little better. Without this information I would have not got this far. Thank you once again for your help.
