wifi driver not present foe dell 9300 in hardy

the newly installed hardy does not hav wifi driver and the config command does not show a mac address.how do i get my mac address??

I've only noticed my Live CDs properly getting my wireless hardware with Intrepid- you may want to upgrade and see if the problem persists
