Widows emulation inside mepis linux

I would like to run games like World of warcraft in my mepis linux And i herd of wine but when i went to download section there was no mepis part so i would like to know if i can use wine or another program that does the same things......And when i installed my linux i meant to use the partition software but i forgot so now i think my windows is gone /cry.
And How do i get to install my internet from my cd?

Thanks

Try using Cedega because it is easier than WINE.

To install WINE manually, install the headers of all your libraries and install a gcc compiler. Keep note about the version of gcc compiler and what WINE can compile well in. Read the instructions how to compile WINE thoroughly. These days WINE is pathetic because you now need GUI to configure it. In the old days WINE can be configured with a text editor.

WOW will certainly run on WINE. If you have an older version of Mepis it was based on Debian. If you have a newer version of Mepis it is based on Ubuntu.

As an introduction to WINE on Linux have a look at Frank's Corner on http://frankscorner.org/

How did you connect to the Internet before? Modem? ADSL? Cable?
