Wicked new... Just saying hi.
I've got tons of questions of course, but I'll wait until my scavenging abilities renders me useless. Any good tips, or references you all would like to share? I'm all ears.
By the way, I'm using Redhat 9 on a Dell Latitude C640. Anyone know of a laptop battery utility that has an alarm, and will display battery life? thanks in advance, and HI! |

In GNOME (default redhat desktop) you can use the battstatt applet, just add it to your panel. There is a new one under development called battfink :) so if the current applet doesn't suffice let us know.
