wich isos to dload?


On mandrakes webpage i find these alternatives of versions to download:
Mandrake 9.1/i586 | Mandrake 9.1/i586 ISO Image | Mandrake 7.1/SPARC/UltraSPARC ISO Image | Mandrake 7.1/AXP ISO Image | Mandrake 7.0/IA64/SPARC/Alpha ISO Image | Mandrake IA64 | Mandrake 9.1/PPC | MandrakeSecurity Multi Network Firewall | Older Mandrake versions

now, how can i find the info on what proccesors i have to ensure i get the right version of mandrake?

im really a newbie

I assume you run i386 based processor, so you need to download the i586 ISO image.

i 586 iso images and burn them to cdrom-disk,so u can start install from cd-rom

yes, but don't open the ISO... burn it with Nero, so you would be able to boot from the CD-ROM
