Why my webmin cant be access by internal window machine?

I already set static ip for my Fedora Core 2 machine (e.g.192.168.1.2) and try access webmin by my window 2000 machine; I just typed 192.168.1.2:10000, it was nothing to see. Why? I only consider the webmin accessed by internal machine and I blocked the port 10000 by my router!

Note: http://localhost:10000 is no problem!

By default webmin can only be run from localhost. If you want to allow access change the file.
/etc/webmin/miniserv.conf

Add or modify to include the IP address desired.
allow=

Restart webmin for the changes to take effect.

Check out the webmin
