Question Why i can't extract .smi files


I try to extract .smi file but i cant.
Why is it so
Give appropriate suggetion

What created the .smi file?
What do you use to open a .smi file in another operating system?

.smi files are Windows files. They are not compressed. You can look at them with a text editor.
