Why does my FC6 start-up so slowly?

Before start-up the FC6,the computer always inform "Xen trace buffer disable" then a pause will take several minutes until starting. Why?

Thanks!

I don't know whether running the Xen Kernel, but the other machine set up in the same manner does well. Is it related to the computer's configuration, such as CPU,display-card etc.?
