Why do scripts like "./install" and "./configure" not work for me?
I have installed kernel and build applications with YAST2.
When I try to follow the instructions to build and load modules most have the above types of commands. All I get is "No such file or directory". I appear to have missed something fundamental. Any ideas? |
Does the current working directory contain a configure script?

the scripts are just plain not there.... you only use configure scripts to set up source code to be compiled. possibly you're actually just in the wrong directory.
