Whisker Menu add?? xfce mint 16

Wow: I just installed mint 16 with xfce. It comes with Whisker Menu installed in the "panel".

I can not figure out how to add new programs, or rearrange or anything like that. I can't believe there's no information that seems to tell me that in any documentation, anywhere, or even questions here. How weird. Anyway, any clues? Thanks! I feel like I must be missing something obvious.

I couldn't find anything either: it's not an official component of Xfce and the author's site tells you nothing. Personally, I feel that Whisker is the sort of thing I use Xfce to get away from! Luckily, the old menu is still there: configure the panel to add it and remove Whisker, unless you like the thing.
