Which Distribution under Virtualbox

Sorry, I am not a newbea, I am in it for 2 years. But I think here is a good place to ask about distro.

Which distribution do you suggest for me to run under my Virtualbox ?

My criterias are:

It must have a Desktop Environment
It must be working fine under Virtualbox (Being Unable to Resizing window after I install Virtualbox addons is the biggest problem )
It must have a good console (yakuake or something like that which works on background must be installable)

It is much better be lightweight.

Any suggestions are wellcome, you do not have to be sure about all these.

Under Virtuabox,
I tried Pardus, but Virtualbox addons didn't recognize its distro and got problems
I tried Kubuntu with kde4, its X system is not recognized by Virtualbox addons, --worse, interesting
I know these aren't lightweight either, they better be.

Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex (8.10) works fine in VirtualBox including the VirtualBox Addons.

After several tries and errors, my experience says that:
Virtualbox (or xorg) Version of your guest should not be greater than your host.

Otherwise, your Virtualbox guest addons does not support your guest Xwindow.

This is why ı couldn't install Xubuntu or kubuntu when debian is host.

I decided to load debian with Xfce.

-------------
Turning to debian again, Oldies know what they are doing.
