Which book(s) should I buy?

I'm fairly new in the web hosting business, 5 months now, and am running my leased server via web based control, DarkORB's Cpanel and WHM. I got my server 10 months ago for my own websites, more control, and have been having fun learning how it all works, but there are still things I want to learn.

I have some apache and linux books, but none of them contain some specific information I am looking for, so I'm trying to figure out which book(s) I need to buy.

There are many things that Cpanel and WHM make easy to do that I would like to learn how to do manually, like setting up a virtual hosting account (creating a new user with all the options), adding/removing users from the wheel group, enabling/disabling shell access, and so on.

From the research I've done so far, I know what I need is a server administrators handbook, but there are a few of them, plus I've seen "apache server administrators handbooks" and "linux server administrators handbooks". I know apache is the web server and linux runs the whole system, but I'm not sure which one I need for what I want to learn.

Any book recommendations would be greatly appreciated. :study:

check out "Apache: the definitive guide" published by oreilly. It's hard to go wrong with an oreilly book.

I have to agree with you on the publisher since I do have 3 O'Reilly books now. ;) I don't have that one though. Thanks

I'll be buying a book or 2 next week, so there's still time for more suggestions. ;)
