whether Linux as Restore option to Restore Previous Day Setting as Windows


Hi

Windows we could find backup option to RollBack to Previous Day are 6 month days before setting .Whether there is any utility to restore entire linux system to previous days setting .

Not sure what desktop environment you have but XFCE has a option that you described.


Menu --> Settings --> Settings Manager --> Session and startup

If this does not help, post some more information so people know how to help.

Items can be restored from a backup if you configured the backup process beforehand. You've asked about BackupPC before so you know the concept and you know the drill.
