from redhat.com, but note that you should NOT use it if you don't intend to subscribe to the redhat network. If you don't you'd be better off using CentOS instead.

It's also a pain to try and get it without a subscription.

Only way I have found is to get the 30-day trial version and I got it even though I had subcription for it. Just didn't have the right numbers to be able to verify.

PAY for it, and Redhat will tell you where to get it.
