where is the blackbox menufile?

I need to change the command line for Eterm so that it starts with "--trans --shade 70%"

How do I do that?
I've tried with Menudrake but that doesn't work.

I am using fluxbox not blackbox. But due to the similarities b/w them I think that the menu file of blackbox lies in your .blackbox directory

it's in /etc/X11/blackbox/
file is called:
blackbox-menu

to edit it: vi /etc/X11/blackbox/blackbox-menu (as root user)
