Where is my Grub 2?

Today I tried to use Linux Mint because I read a lot about it in few Linux forums and also seeing that it leads in distrowatch. Installed in my laptop ( Lenovo B series) worked like a charm. Then started the issue, I tried to prepare a boot USB with LILI editor and tried to install in my desktop ( it does not have a DVD drive)as dual boot, i already have Windows 7 in that system. Everything is fine and it worked well in installing. Once the installation is completed I had restarted the computer as asked in the final step of installation.

While restarting I had removed the pen drive immediately ( thinking that its the root cause) and once the computer restarted I am not able to view Grub 2 boot loader and the system just goes into Windows 7.

Tried this many times by reinstalling, removing the partition, re installing again but the same thing happens.

Where am i missing? I am not too good in Linux, just got the intention of using Linux but can use some basic commands.

Any help in this will be highly appreciated.

May be the way I had conveyed the issue itself is confusing .

I had installed the Linux Mint by creating a bootable USB drive using LILI software.... After installing I had restarted and found that the boot loader index page is not loading, the system directly logs into Windows 7 without showing the option for selecting the dual boot OS.

Hope this time I made it clear
