Where is fglrx? GUI issues - need help

I have a Radeon 960se and I just imstalled Mandrake 9.2 and upon reboot i get no GUI. I've tried all configs, even generics and still no GUI. I saw a thread that may help me and the first step was to run fglrxconfig but I can't find it. I looked in /lib/modules/ for fglrx but it's not there. I've done 2 installs and still not there.

Is there a search function I can use to fund files?

Also, I am so Newbie... how do I load something from a floppy using the text interface. I may need to install updated rpm file. And where does the rpm file go (driver for radeon card)?

Thanks a bunch

go to www.ati.com and download the linux driver version for your graphic board... you'll find instructions there.... download the XFree 4.3.0 version on it...you'll see it there...
